So beloved to our New England customers, our One-Dormer Cape Cod model is affordable and versatile. It is completely functional, as the bottom unscrews for clean-out, as all our birdhouses do. Its charming size is perfect for indoor decorating, or outdoor mounting. Try it on your mantle or hearth, surround it with pip berries, or wrap it several times with bare grape vines. The white crackle wood used on this Cape Cod model, as well as the Two-dormer Cape Cod model, are salvaged from
a horse farm in Montgomery, NY. We fill the orders within 48 hours of receiving them, and ship
FedEx Ground nationwide. Proudly made in the USA, in our workshop, by Craig Andrews.
