Also one of our best sellers, the Grist Mill comes with a variation of trim detail. Whether it is as you see it exactly, or with window trim on each side house, the Grist Mill has 3 separate compartments. As with all our homes for our feathered friends, the base is simply removed with a Phillips-head screwdriver, for clean out. The natural appeal is enhanced with use and age. I enjoy several narrow birdhouses, the Grist Mill being one, on my fireplace mantle. String a strand of holiday white lights around them, with a spray of Bittersweet or Winterberries, for a cold-weather decorating option. We ship within 48 hours of your order..FedEx, of course!  Price: Was $175, now $85.
